   Although i do agree with others wen they state that season 2 is phenomenal and completely amazing when it is looked at overall in the capacity of all the episodes is it really the best?
   Undeniable is the fact that its amazing and a great season to come second but when compared to season three is it better?
   Season three has more episodes that are really great and can be watched agen and agen whereas season two has less of this great type of episode…sure they are all great but would you want to sit and watch bad eggs or inca mummy girl etc over and over. So yeah this season is brilliant if you dnt mind skipping half the episodes to get to the really interesting ones with the Angels gone evil and tortouring Buffy storyline…but for almost an entire season of brilliant episoes its got to be season three with the wicked bad character of Faith and the new big bad the mayor…nearly every episode is one your dying to see agen and agen!

   The first instalment of this brilliant programme was great, this is even better I could not stop watching dvd after dvd not getting any sleep until I had seen them all, I am completely hooked and totally in love with the very brooding Angel. Each episode is jam packed with “Kick ass moves” and unusual story lines. This is a must see!! Money well spent!!

   This 2nd season brings us lots of fun,romance and of course vampires and monsters. This season is definitely one of the best ever, due to various reasons:
   1- Angel and Buffy finally sleep together but only to destroy his soul and turn him back into a vamp
   2- Giles has a girlfriend(believe it or not)
   3- Xander’s dating Cordy
   4- 2 slayers
   5- One of the best endings ever
   So if you don’t have it, get it!
   You won’t be disappointed by it.

   i have been a fan of buffy since the beginnin(sad for a 29 yrear old, i know) season 2 picks up brilliantly from season 1. SMG portrays a young girl trying to deal with her own death(and ressurection)brilliantly. the introduction of the larconic Oz was in my mind genius. i adore both the character Oz and the actor Seth Greeen. considering the rest of the characters are vey “talky” it makes a nice change to have a character who is the total opposite. the developing love storis between characters is also moving. i also think that the choice of song for the season finale was brilliant as every time i hear it i get a lump in my throat. the one thing all episodes of buffy have in common are the inspired choice of background music along with acts in the bronze, the writing and dailogue are also on good with spot on sarcasm,its introduced me to a lot of music that i would not have encountered otherwise. Thankyou Joss Whedon

   Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s second season is even better than Season One. Not only do we have the dark and brooding Angel, but there’s mad-as-a-box-of-frogs Drusilla, and the luscious Spike (although, let’s face it, his accent is more Dick van Dyke than genuine cockney vampire). Excellent plotting and wonderful dialogue – Buffy kicks ass!
